THIS TIME OF YEAR IS BY FAR MOST OF OUR TWO MOST BUSY MONTHS, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. I'M SO GUILTY OF LETTING WEEKS GO BY WITHOUT KEEPING UP WITH ALL THE GREAT THINGS I COULD BE POSTING, SO JUST KEEP CHECKING BACK WITH ME!
I HAVE DECIDED FOR US WHO ARE RAISING TEENAGERS, THAT IF THIS TASK CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED THAN HELLO WORLD WE ARE CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING!!! INCLUDING LIFESTYLE CHANGES AND WEIGHT LOSS! SERIOUSLY THIS MAY BE ONE OF THE BEST TIMES TO JUMP ON BOARD BEFORE WE START GOING TO ALL OF OUR HOLIDAY PARTIES!! SO WE CAN THROW OUT THE WINDOW THE WHOLE NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION THING THEY SO DON'T WORK, LOL! START NOW SO WHEN YOUR FRIENDS ASK YOU WHAT YOURS MIGHT BE YOU CAN SAY, "OH GIRL I'VE GOT MINE IN THE BAG ALREADY!" HAHAHA!
